This sentence from the session of the Croatian People's Party (HNS) BiH headquarters is the biggest political capital, along with the election results that Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina received after the last elections, and equally manifested after the re-assertion of the work of the HNS BiH. Instead of the party constituencies and the results that give absolute power to the HDZ BiH, after the case "Komšić", Croatian parties have shown that they are at a historical level of responsibility when national issues are on the agenda, writes Večernji list BiH.

Synonymous with bidding

And while in the pre-election and immediately after the elections, it began to speculate that Bosniak parties, except for the Presidency, would try to expel Croats from the executive power at the level of the Federation of BiH and the state, this attitude of the HNS BiH parties is also an absolute rage the unique national ambitions that come from political Sarajevo about the implementation of the majorization of the fewer Croats. That is why all the energies of the Croatian parties are now uniquely focused on creating the conditions so as not to repeat the situation from the last elections, that is, Bosniak parties, assisted by the media who carried hate, shone divisions and create fears, continue to elect Croatian representatives in power. So far, the only condition for Bosniak parties was that Croatians find parties and individuals who do not have national legitimacy. Often Bosniak parties in the government also integrated individuals who were blackmailed for participating in the Herceg Bosna structures and who were feared to be prosecuted even by the Hague Tribunal, but also those who have become rich in suspicious ways and became the notion of tycoon privatization. These politicians, that is, the Croats who were here only because they tried to cash in on this fact, today represent the absolute margins, which, in the Croatian public, have become synonymous with the issuance of national interests. Therefore, the gathering of Croatian leaders within the HNS is an indicator of national maturity. But this is certainly not a way to unilateralism or to remove an already weaker multiparty.

Nerazmjer

Namely, the Constitutional Court of BiH assessed in the appeal of Boža Ljubić a controversial fact in the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina that one Croat, Serb and Bosniak is elected from each county because this violates proportionality. Namely, as the proposers of this appeal, who made the decision and have not yet done so, presented the difference in the "value" of the mandate of the Croats elected in the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton and the Posavina County is 1400 times. The existence of this disproportion is also directly contradicted by the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, according to which the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not the home of counties, but the home of constituent peoples, which was confirmed in person by the President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko Knežević.
